IMMIGRATION

When hiring a foreign national or sending an employee on assignment, one of the first things to consider is the immigration procedure and timeline. Is a person allowed to work in the country of destination and, if not, what needs to be done in order to obtain the required visa, residence and/or work permit. Often HR departments are confronted with longer immigration procedures than anticipated, which could have an impact on business decisions.

Without the required work and/or residence permit, your employee might be back home sooner than you expect or penalties could be imposed for non-compliance. Hillbrook's immigration team has over 20 years of experience in the field of corporate immigration and makes sure there are no unexpected surprises. Whether you are looking for one-time immigration advice or an immigration partner to successfully manage the full immigration process for your expat population, Hillbrook can offer the best solution, not only for the Netherlands, but also in several other countries!
